Advice for dispensing different fluid types

Dispensing difficult-to-dispense fluids

Most assembly fluids are easy to set up and dispense, and when you use our unique 700 series components, you get precise deposits without any problems.

There are 4 simple rules to consider:

Some fluids require special setting up:

Cyanoacrylates - Use Teflon lined tips for non clogging watery CAs, tapered tips for gel CAs and Teflon tips where flexibility is required.

UV Cure - Use amber barrels (UV block), white wiper pistons and tapered tips (UV-block). Any tips will work.

Light Cure - Use opaque black barrels, white wiper pistons. Use TS series crimped tips.

Anaerobics - Use a 10cc clear barrel with white wiper piston. Any dispense tip will work.

Sealants/ pastes - Use any size barrel and the orange piston if you get too much bounce with the white wiper piston. Use tapered tips for easy, smooth dispensing.
