TS250, TS350, TS924, TS924V Syringe Dispensers

 

Thick paste, gels, silicones, sealants, epoxies, etc not flowing or restricted when dispensing.


- Air pressure too low. Increase air pressure. Dispensers can safely be operated at up to 100 psi

- Tip type incorrect. Use a smooth flow tapered tip.

- Tip used too small. Use a larger bore dispense tip.

- Tip used too long. Use a shorter tip - down to 1/4" length.

- Tip is blocked. Replace with new tip.

- Syringe barrel is contaminated. Material might have cured. Use new components/ material.

- Adapter assembly fault. Check air hose for leaks or blockage. Replace with new.

- Air leaking from o-ring on adapter assembly. Replace with new or clean.
