Watery liquid drips from either TS250, TS255, TS350, TS355 syringe dispensers

TS250, TS255, TS350, TS355 Digital Timed Syringe Dispensers

 

Liquid is dripping after each deposit made.


- Adjust vacuum on dispenser gently to stop the drips. Turn anti-clockwise to suit.

- Inspect for air bubbles in liquid being dispensed. Remove air from the liquid or leave to stand for a period of time.

- Inspect for air pocket below wiper piston inside syringe barrel. Ensure piston sits on fluid level without air.

- Needle tip diameter being used might be too small or too long. Try other dispense tips.

- Rubber piston being used. Remove piston and use plastic wiper piston instead.

- Needle tip is blocked or contaminated. Replace with new.

- Check vacuum is drawing air through the adapter assembly hose with syringe barrel removed.
