Application guide - liquid filling of vials, bottles and containers using valve system

Customers filling glass or plastic vials, bottles, containers, etc with liquids such as inks, lubricants, food based fluids, solvents, oils, alcohols, activators and primers as part of an automated process. High speed application system linked to a parent control machine.

Solution to use a TS5420 needle valve available in standard aluminium or stainless steel body. Run by a TS350 digital valve controller and fed by a TS1265 pressure pot 19 litre. Rapid deposits of fluids up to 100,000 cps in viscosity.

The valve is designed to dispensed with high levels of repeatability and accuracy. If multiple valves are used for simultaneous deposits, manifolds are used. The needle valve uses standard luer lock tips and features a stroke adjustment for fine tuning of flow rates.

The TS350 controller uses a digital timer to control the TS5420 valve. It has an I/O port for easy linking to a parent machine or PLC. The TS1265 pressure pot features an adjustable regulator and gauge up to 60 psi.
