Application guide - beads of Cyanoacrylate adhesives from 500 gram bottles

 

Customers applying controlled beads of Cyanoacrylate (CA) glues and adhesives direct from 500g size bottles.


Solution to use a TS1201 pinch tube pen valve linked to a TS1215 pressure pot using fluid lines. Pressure is set on the tank to provide a controlled flow of adhesive to the pen. When the trigger is pressed, the tube opens to allow the deposit to be made. Trigger is released to stop flow. The TS1215 has a 0-60 psi adjustable regulator and gauge.

The valve is hand held. All fluid lines are luer lock and suitable for use with Cyanoacrylate adhesives.

 

Cyanoacrylate beads


System supplied with a selection of components including fluid lines, connectors, tips, tubes, caps and fittings. Ready to use out of the box.

Parts used: TS1201 pinch pen, TS1215 pressure pot, TSD126-336PK fluid line, 5125TLCS-B Teflon Lined Tips pink, 7015LLBPK tip caps black.
