THERMADOSE� Positive-displacement, all-electric Hot Melt systems are designed to provide the ultimate in temperature controlled thermoplastic delivery and dispensing for industrial applications using pressure sensitive adhesives, contact adhesives, waxes and sealants. Machine options are available for non-adhesive processing applications that require ultra-clean delivery, these systems are designated as �NA.� Products are RoHS compliant and CE approved.

Nozzles & swirl nozzles
Hot melt bead and shot nozzles are available in
several configurations of length and internal dimension. Swirl
assemblies and nozzles are used for covering larger areas with hot melt
adhesive.
Timers and automation I/O
For connection to a hot melt system to control
dispensing events in continuous conveyor fed processes, such as carton
& box manufacture. Control I/O units for controlling hot melt
systems with a robot or conveyor system.
Accessories, floor stands and flushing compounds
The tank controller floor stand is suitable for all tank controllers. Hot melt flushing compound removes fluid residue.
