Precision spray valves
apply low viscosity liquids with no mess and minimal overspray. Using low pressure
and low volume, they can be adjusted to provide a jet output to a fine mist. Available in aluminium body or stainless steel versions with round or fan pattern nozzles in 3 different sizes. The TS500R digital controller unit will operate all spray valves to control pre-spray, post spray and atom pressure. A selection of spares and accessories are available for these valves.

accurate deposits of fluids direct from syringes, cartridges or pressure
pots.
Dispensing valves will cycle around
500 to 600 times per minute giving repeatable and fast deposits for bonding,
sealing, coating and potting applications. Spray valves operate with
minimal maintenance, ensuring clean and accurate dispensing whether used by
hand, fixed on a production line or mounted onto an XYZ robot. From standard 0.046" nozzle to smaller 0.014"
nozzle in either round pattern spray or wide shape fan spray.
Typical applications
include marking parts with ink, coating parts with lubricant, fine oil spray to
tools and dies for metal stamping, primers and activators to products,
conformal coatings. All valves are CE certified and covered by warranty
worldwide.
