The DSX-200 dual cartridge dispense systems are excellent, cost-effective solutions for low-volume mixing and dispensing of 2-component materials supplied in 400 ml dual cartridges. These bench-mounted systems are simple to set up and program for accurate 2-component dispensing of epoxies, silicones, urethanes and acrylics in potting, encapsulation, and bonding applications.
The systems utilise a pneumatically actuated piston, controlled by a pressure regulator to allow for consistent pressure control and metering. Supplied with the a pinch tube valve and position control mounting assembly to ensure a drip-free cut-off and consistent results when dispensing low viscosity materials. Can be used without the pinch valve for high viscosity materials direct from the mixer nozzle.
The Twin-Pack Cartridge Dispense System reduces stress and operator fatigue and ensures accurate dispensing with less rejects and/or wasted material.
A foot pedal operated digital dispenser is included for repeatable timed cycling or manual deposits. A universal cartridge holder for 200ml cartridges may be swivelled at any angle for a comfortable bench operating position. Alternatively the system can be used in conjunction with a dispensing robot as a convenient method of interfacing a cartridge feed for automatic deposition of mixed material. Please note that this is the 400ml version only which can handle all 200ml 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 & 10:1 ratio cartridges.
