A semi-automatic cartridge dispensing system allowing for Metering & Mixing operations direct from the cartridge. For less viscous materials an optional TS1212 pinch tube valve is available. The valve is mounted at the static mixer tip for accurate dispensing of drip-free mixed deposits. Adjustable 0.08 to 60 second timer or steady mode for continuous flow.
The Twin-Pack Cartridge Dispense System reduces stress and operator fatigue and ensures accurate dispensing with less rejects and/or wasted material.
A foot pedal operated Digital Dispenser is included for repeatable timed cycling or manual deposits. A universal cartridge holder for 50, 200 and 400ml cartridges may be swivelled at any angle for a comfortable bench operating position. Alternatively the system can be used in conjunction with a dispensing robot as a convenient method of interfacing a cartridge feed for automatic deposition of mixed material. Please note that this is the 200ml version only which can handle all 200ml 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 & 10:1 ratio cartridges.
