Most industrial cyanoacrylates are supplied in bottles ranging from 20g to 500g in size. For low volume production runs, re-work or prototypes where small amounts of components are bonded, use a syringe dispenser. Digital low pressure syringe dispensers apply tiny dots or repeat beads of adhesive without drips or material mess. Special vacuum suck-back prevents drips.

For larger production runs or where the adhesive can be dispensed direct from the manufacturers bottle, use a pressure pot system. Bottles are placed inside a small chamber and fed under pressure to a small dispensing valve. Options are for a hand lever manual controlled dispensing valve for beads. Or for a stand mounted (or hand held) pneumatically operated dispensing valve for timed and repeat dots or beads. Pressure pot systems are available for single operators and multiple operators. This allows users to apply the adhesive from the same pressure pot.

Other systems for handling CAs include the peristaltic pump. This is an air-free electric dispenser that draws the adhesive direct from any size adhesive bottle. All tubes, fittings and tips (wetted parts) are non clog plastics and fully compatible with instant adhesives. All of the products featured in this section are proven to work with CAs.
