Cartridge Sets for Two-Component Adhesives
The dual system in 75ml size. In 1:1 ratio to take a variety of mixer nozzles. Both components are stored in the two chambers of the dual cartridge system and are then dispensed simultaneously through the static mixer, where thorough mixing takes place.
The static mixer nozzles are available in different sizes with different volumes and a variety of mixing elements. One of the main benefits of the system is that not all of the contents of the cartridge have to be mixed at a time. The cartridge can be easily closed and stored for further use, without the material curing. Packs include the cartridge, wiper pistons and cap seals. Compatible with industry standard guns.
Dual cartridges are supplied in packs of 500 and include tip cap seal with 1000 of the correct ratio lip-seal rubber edge pistons. These cartridges are used with MA mixers, MAQ mixers where the nozzle twists onto the cartridge end.
