The TTN32 (AD32TT) smooth‑flow tapered dispensing tip is a premium precision applicator designed for controlled dispensing of silicones, sealants, RTVs, epoxies, greases, gels and other medium‑ to high‑viscosity materials. Its tapered internal geometry reduces back‑pressure, making it ideal for thick pastes that require smoother flow and reduced operator effort.
Manufactured from silicone‑free polyethylene, the tip features a double‑helix locking luer thread for secure, leak‑free attachment to syringe barrels, cartridges (via tip adapters) and metering valves. The yellow colour provides UV protection and easy identification in production environments. All ADL tapered tips are safe up to 100 psi, ensuring reliable performance in industrial dispensing applications.
