Industrial grade safe products for use with most adhesives, pastes
and assembly fluids. These end caps are for use with 400 series syringe barrels and provide an air tight seal.
Adhesive Dispensing Ltd provide a wide range of equipment options for dispensing almost all
assembly fluids - from watery liquids, solvents, primers and activators
through to thick pastes, sealants, silicones, gels and epoxies.
Re-usable end caps for sealing the top of the syringe barrels in sizes 1cc, 3cc, 5cc 6cc, 10cc, 30cc, 35cc, 55cc and 60cc. Polyethylene plastic for an air tight seal preventing any leaks and ensuring fluids can be stored inside the barrel safely. Caps are silicone and chloride free to prevent contamination of any fluids stored inside the barrels and are supplied in sealed packs or bulk packs of 1000.

Receiver Assemblies
The
connecting link between pneumatic dispenser and syringe barrel.
Available in 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc and 55cc with either 3ft or 6ft long
hoses. Moulded head with pipe, o-ring & connector. Use these adapters with 400 series syringe barrels only.
Manual Plunger Rods
Plastic
plunger rods for use with all size 400 series syringe barrels and
pistons. The rubber pistons clip over the plunger end. Simple low cost
manual system for handling assembly fluids and glues. Use with 400 series syringe barrels and pistons only.
Manual Syringe Assemblies
The
complete hand syringe assembly including plastic barrel, rubber piston
and plastic plunger rod. In sizes 1cc, 3cc, 6cc, 10cc, 35cc and 60cc.
With luer lock or luer slip tip attachment. Hand operated unmarked plastic syringe assemblies.
Filled Syringes
Contract
repacking allows customers to specify their existing adhesives, pastes,
gels or other fluids to be repackaged and supplied in ready-to-use
syringes. Components are packaged air-free and supplied with safety data labels, batch codes in sealed packs.
