AD100BP 100cc Industrial Dispensing Barrel with Wiper Piston
The AD100BP is a high-capacity industrial dispensing barrel designed for the controlled application of liquids, pastes, gels, sealants and high-viscosity materials. Supplied complete with a white MDPE wiper piston, this 100cc assembly is suitable for use with air-powered dispensers and regulated air supply systems.
Manufactured from high-density polypropylene (HDPP), the barrel offers excellent chemical resistance, durability and dispensing performance. As air pressure is applied, the piston travels smoothly through the barrel, ensuring consistent material flow whilst reducing waste, air entrapment and dispensing inconsistencies.
The barrel features a double helix luer lock outlet for secure attachment of dispensing needles and tips. The natural transparent design allows easy monitoring of material levels during use. This versatile assembly can also be used as a fluid reservoir to feed liquids and pastes directly into dispensing valves for semi-automated and automated dispensing systems. Pack includes (1) barrel and (1) piston.
