AD300L-N 300cc Industrial Dispensing Barrel Assembly
The AD300L-N is a large-capacity 300cc industrial dispensing barrel assembly supplied complete with a wiper piston, threaded air cap, airline hose and quick connector fitting. Designed for use with air-powered dispensing systems, the assembly connects directly to pneumatic dispensers and provides accurate, repeatable dispensing of liquids, adhesives, sealants, gels, greases and other industrial assembly fluids.
Simply load the barrel with material, insert the piston and connect the air cap assembly to your dispenser. As pressure is applied, the piston moves smoothly through the barrel, ensuring consistent material flow whilst helping to eliminate trapped air, reduce waste and improve dispensing control.
The natural clear barrel allows easy monitoring of material levels during dispensing and can also be used as a fluid reservoir to feed liquids and pastes directly into dispense valves and automated dispensing systems.
Individual replacement barrels and pistons are available separately, allowing the reusable air cap and hose assembly to be retained and reused for reduced operating costs.
