AD200L-N (AD200XL) 200cc Industrial Dispensing Barrel Assembly
The AD200L-N is a large-capacity 200cc industrial dispensing barrel assembly designed for use with all air-powered dispensing systems and regulated air supplies. Supplied complete with a dispensing barrel, wiper piston, reusable air cap, airline hose and connector fitting, it provides a convenient, ready-to-use solution for controlled dispensing of liquids, adhesives, gels, pastes and other assembly fluids.
Manufactured from high-density polypropylene (HDPP), the clear barrel is suitable for a wide range of industrial materials including adhesives, sealants, epoxies, lubricants, greases, solvents and gels. The included polyethylene wiper piston delivers smooth, even pressure across the material surface, helping to eliminate trapped air, reduce waste and improve dispensing consistency.
The reusable air cap assembly connects directly to pneumatic dispensers via the supplied airline and fitting, allowing consistent pressure control during dispensing. The natural clear barrel provides excellent visibility of material levels, whilst optional amber and black versions are available for UV-sensitive and light-sensitive materials.
All barrel and piston components are manufactured from industrial-grade, silicone-free materials and are supplied in sealed packs with product labels and batch codes for complete traceability.
