The AD11TT‑B smooth‑flow tapered dispensing tip is a premium‑grade applicator designed for controlled dispensing of medium‑ to high‑viscosity materials, including pastes, silicones, sealants, RTVs, epoxies, greases and gels. Its large‑bore outlet provides a very fast flow rate, making it ideal for applications requiring higher‑volume output or wider bead deposits.
Manufactured from silicone‑free polyethylene, the tip features a double‑helix locking luer thread for secure, leak‑free attachment to syringe barrels, cartridges (via tip adapters) and metering valves. The peach colour provides UV protection and easy identification in production environments. Rated safe up to 100 psi, this tip is suitable for industrial dispensing systems.
