AD200L-B 200cc Black UV Blocking Industrial Dispensing Barrel Assembly
The AD200L-B is a large-capacity 200cc industrial dispensing barrel assembly supplied complete with a wiper piston, threaded air cap, airline hose and quick connector fitting. Designed for use with air-powered dispensing systems, the assembly connects directly to pneumatic dispensers and provides accurate, repeatable dispensing of adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes and other assembly fluids.
Simply load the barrel with material, insert the wiper piston and connect the air cap assembly to your dispenser. As pressure is applied, the piston moves smoothly through the barrel, delivering consistent material flow whilst helping to eliminate air pockets, minimise waste and improve dispensing accuracy.
The black opaque barrel provides complete protection from UV and visible light, making it ideal for UV cure adhesives and highly light-sensitive materials. The assembly can also be used as a pressure reservoir to feed liquids and pastes directly into dispensing valves and automated dispensing systems.
Individual replacement barrels and pistons are available separately, allowing the reusable air cap and hose assembly to be retained and reused, reducing operating costs.
