AD100XL-A 100cc Amber UV Blocking Industrial Dispensing Barrel Assembly
The AD100XL-A is a large-capacity industrial dispensing barrel assembly supplied complete with wiper piston, air cap, gasket, air fitting, airline hose and dispenser connector. Designed for use with air-powered dispensing systems and regulated air supplies, this ready-to-use assembly provides consistent, controlled dispensing of adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes and other assembly fluids.
Simply fill the barrel with material, insert the piston and connect the air cap assembly to your dispenser. As pressure is applied, the piston moves smoothly through the barrel, delivering consistent material flow without air pockets, voids or material waste.
The amber-tinted barrel provides protection against UV and visible light up to 520nm whilst still allowing the material level to remain visible. This makes it particularly suitable for UV cure adhesives and light-sensitive materials. The assembly can also be used as a fluid reservoir for supplying materials directly to dispensing valves in automated production systems. Order 1 set or 10 sets.
