The AD100XL-A is a large industrial barrel assembly that includes wiper piston, air cap, gasket, air fitting, airline hose with dispenser connector. This barrel will connect directly into any air-powered dispenser or regulated air supply. Load the barrel with material, insert the wiper piston, attach the air cap to the dispenser via the air hose and connector. Use any luer lock dispensing tip. As the barrel is pressurised, the piston moves down to dispense the material consistently without air pockets or voids.
Features a double helix luer lock outlet for secure dispense tip attachment. Supplied as a complete assembly. Amber (Tinted) colour. Amber provides protection of UV/visible light block (up to 520nm). Suitable for use with UV cure adhesives. This large barrel system can also be used as a fluid reservoir to feed liquids and pastes directly into our dispense valves. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (6.9bar).

Syringe barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these barrels with UV cure adhesives, pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have luer lock ends for twist on tip attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
