The A300S is a recirculatory glue booth which comes complete with spray shield. It is designed for production, assembly, art, graphics, hobbies, modelling and crafts, for use in areas where ducted glue booths are not practical. Users can position it two ways, reclining or upright, to suit the work they are doing:
Reclining position (on back-stand) - For Spray Mount, aerosol lacquers and fixatives etc. applied to artwork placed onto the filter. A300S accommodates working up to A3.
Upright position - For model sprays and airbrush use light grinding particles, solder fume displacement, general solvent dilution, etc. The A300S can accommodate working up to an A3 size.

The A300S is not recommended for continued use, such as in production applications, especially in extremely confined areas where harmful solvent vapours and fumes may accumulate. For this environment, you will need higher specification extraction cabinets such as A660H-C or A930H-C.

How does the filter extract dangerous contaminants?
The particulate (intake) filter is a three stage graduated fibre filter with a high dust holding capacity for long life. Filtration to 5 micron particles. NB: Spray particulate sizes vary from 10 to 20 microns. The carbon impregnated fibre filter (behind intake) assists in the reduction of solvent odours. Through the process of filtration, adsorption and dilution, operator exposure to potentially hazardous substances is vastly reduced.
