Complete dispensing system for handling most low to medium viscosity fluids including Cyanoacrylates, UV cure, PVAs and others.
Includes hand lever valve and 5 litre size pressure pot. The TS5623HU hand held diaphragm valve provides precise and continuous micro shot applications for a number of fluids. This low cost hand held valve is excellent for most low to medium viscosity fluids. The gentle hand lever will open the diaphragm thus allowing fluids to flow accurately; when the lever is released the diaphragm will go back to the closed position and flow stops.
This manual valve doesn't require the use of a time/pressure dispenser. The control is by lever action alone. An adjustable screw changes the stroke for increased or decreased fluid flow. The pressure pot allows for adhesive bottles up to 5 litre size to be placed inside for direct flow to the valve. The tank features an adjustable 0-75 psi air regulator and gauge to set the most suitable flow rate.
The system is supplied with clear and black fluid lines, fluid inlet fitting and tip adapter. When the tip is removed after use, a cap is provided to seal off the end of the valve. Use the clear for most fluids and the black for UV cure adhesives.
Typical fluids dispensed with this valve include Cyanoacrylate adhesives, solvents, primers, activators, inks, paints, UV cureable adhesives, PVA glues and many others. Do not use this valve for two-part epoxies or thick pastes. A compressed air supply is required. The system will run from a small compressor.
