Premium quality dispensing

robots. All tips are industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi air pressures and
are certified silicone-free. Luer lock helix secure attachment for twist-on leak
free dispensing. Smooth flow tapered tips are recommended for applying viscous
pastes, glues, silicones and gels.
Part AD22TTN-B is a
polyethylene 22 gauge blue colour tapered tip with an ID size of
0.016" (0.41mm). 1.25" overall length. Smooth flow of all liquid
types including epoxies, greases, sealants, silicones and particle filled
pastes. Safety locking double helix hub.
Supplied in sealed boxes of 50.
This tip features a smooth
flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds
to be dispensed using lower pressures. Suitable for use with syringe barrels,
cartridges (using tip adapter) and with all metering valves. Rigid opaque tip suitable also for dispensing UV cure adhesives.

Tapered tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure when used on pneumatic dispensing machines. These tips are precision moulded for industrial use. Tips are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed from them.
Tapered dispensing tips are shipped in the UK by courier on a next day tracked and insured service. For Europe deliveries, items are shipped via DPD or DHL. For all international shipments, items are sent DHL or via FedEx.
