The model AD1211M loads a barrel directly from a 1/10 gallon (310ml) caulking tube silicone sealant cartridge. This barrel loader is connected to an air regulator or air powered dispenser and set to a pressure suitable for the material up to 100psi (7 bar). A basic manual lever valve fitting between the syringe barrel being filled from the 310ml cartridge allows material flow and is switched off when the material reaches the desired level. This system does not require connection to a dispenser but can be used with one if required. It will run directly from a compressed air supply.
The barrel attachment assembly is threaded to accept all luer lock barrels. This version of loader has a metal body retainer and cap. If used with a foot pedal air dispenser, the lever valve fitting is removed and the dispenser controls ON/OFF mode. System supplied includes the metal cartridge retainer sleeve, metal air cap, gasket, air fitting, airline hose with quick connect fitting, base stand, elbow fitting from cartridge, 310ml converter fitting, luer lock fitting, ON/OFF luer valve fitting.
