The DTD50 50ml Multi-Ratio 2K dispense gun is a pneumatically controlled dispense tool for precise dispensing of two component materials packed into 50ml side-by-side cartridges. With a weight of just 280g, the DTD50 is one of the lightest dispense tools. Once attached to any pneumatic dispenser, it can be used handheld or mounted onto a stand or robot for a controlled application. The same single universal tool can be used with 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios with a quick-change design to switch between them. This version is for the A-System square back 50ml style cartridges.
For adhesives which are supplied in 50ml two part, side-by-side syringe cartridges and that push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle. The lightweight portability and durable construction of the pneumatic retainer feed system make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. The system is supplied with an airline hose connector that attaches directly to a timed pneumatic dispenser with vacuum suck-back such as the DC50, DC100, TS250, TS350, 1000T or TS9150.
