Double helix locking thread for safety, coloured for UV protection. Grey colour. 0.048" - 1.22mm ID. Dark grey rigid tip also suitable for UV cure adhesives. Safe for use up to 100 psi. This tip features a smooth flowing taper design that allows for very high viscosity pastes and compounds to be dispensed with lower pressures required. Suitable for use with syringe barrels, cartridges (using tip adapter) and with all metering valves. All tips ship direct from stock.

Tapered tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, pastes and gels and useful for high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds.
All tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. These tips are precision manufactured for industrial use. Tips are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed from them.
