Smooth flow tapered tips allow for the controlled dispensing of most pastes, gels and liquids. The tapered design reduces material back pressure and eases the flow as there is no restriction from entry to exit points. This means that much higher viscosity materials can be applied easier, at lower pressures for consistent deposit results.

AD21TT is a high quality 21 gauge tapered dispensing tip and will apply pastes, silicones, sealants, RTV's, epoxies, grease and most other medium to high viscosity fluids. It features a double helix luer locking thread for leak free safe attachment under pressure. It is coloured and provides some light filter protection for UV cure adhesives. Safe for use up to 100 psi pressure for pneumatic dispensing. Silicone free polyethylene will not contaminate any sensitive adhesives used.

This tip is suitable for use with luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels, larger cartridges (using a tip adapter), with luer fittings and with metering valves. Pricing is a sealed box of 1000 tips.
