Poppet valves are multipurpose valves
suitable for small shots and bead dispensing of medium or high
viscosity fluids such as silicones, grease and paste. Poppet valves can
dispense up to 300 times per minute and are developed with a suck-back
feature to prevent post-dispense dripping.
A mini poppet valve designed for smaller shot sizes
than the VP300 dispensing valve, although the cycle rate is the same at
300 cycles a minute. Suitable for dispensing high viscosity liquids
such as sealants, silicone, RTV, epoxy, adhesive, grease, and filled
materials. The VMP30H contains a diaphragm to increase the life of the
valve and reduce maintenance costs.
The VMP30H is a multipurpose dispensing valve is designed for smaller
bead and shot sizes than the VP300 dispensing valve, although the cycle
rate is the same at 300 cycles a minute. Suitable for mid-high
viscosity liquids such as silicone, RTV, epoxy, adhesives, grease, and
fluids containing fillers.
The VMP30H can be used with the DSP501N Controller. For faster activation of the valve, the VC-1195A Valve Controller is recommended.
All valves are shipped with a luer lock fluid elbow fitting, airline hose with male quick connect, tip cap end seal, selection of dispensing tips and user guide. Valves are supplied with a 1 Year warranty. Do not use this valve for reactive adhesives and fluids such as Cyanoacrylates.
