The EDS408M is a pneumatic dispenser designed for use with two-component adhesives that are supplied in 50ml and 75ml, side-by-side dual cartridges and that push the adhesive into a static mixing nozzle. The lightweight portability and durable construction of this pneumatic dispenser gun makes it well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction, engineering and automotive. Typical materials dispensed are epoxy resins, polyurethanes, potting compounds, silicones and doming resins.
This premium dispenser features an adjustable flow control so the user can achieve the optimum flow rate for the material viscosity and the deposit size required. Simple load and unload of the cartridges using the front cradle that tilts to allow easy access. Featuring high strength metal rods that push down into the cartridge pistons to provide an even material flow. This ensure a high thrust force when required and eliminates hand fatigue associated with manual dispensing medium viscosity materials.
This dispenser will accommodate all ratio 50ml dual cartridges including 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1. And it works with 75ml size dual cartridges in the 1:1 ratio. The EDS408M is ideal for use with prefilled adhesive cartridges. It is lightweight and very easy to use. Supplied with a user guide and warranty card.
