AD100XL-B 100cc Black UV Blocking Industrial Dispensing Barrel Assembly
The AD100XL-B is a large-capacity industrial dispensing barrel assembly supplied complete with wiper piston, air cap, gasket, air fitting, airline hose and dispenser connector. Designed for use with air-powered dispensing systems and regulated air supplies, this ready-to-use assembly provides accurate, repeatable and consistent dispensing of adhesives, sealants, gels, pastes and other assembly fluids.
Simply load the barrel with material, insert the piston and connect the air cap assembly to your dispensing system. As pressure is applied, the piston travels smoothly through the barrel, eliminating air pockets and voids while delivering controlled, consistent material flow.
The black opaque barrel provides total UV and visible light blocking protection, making it particularly suitable for UV cure adhesives and highly light-sensitive materials. The assembly can also be used as a fluid reservoir for supplying materials directly to dispensing valves in automated production systems.
