AD100XLP 100cc Industrial Wiper Piston
The AD100XLP is a high-quality industrial wiper piston designed specifically for use with 100cc dispensing barrels. Manufactured from medium density polyethylene (MDPE), the piston features a dual wiper blade design which creates a reliable seal against the barrel wall to ensure smooth and consistent dispensing performance.
Designed for use with liquids, adhesives, sealants, silicones, gels, greases and other industrial assembly fluids, the piston helps prevent air bypass, improves material flow and reduces trapped air during dispensing. It is compatible with the complete Adhesive Dispensing Ltd 100cc dispensing system including 100cc barrels, air cap assemblies and manual applicator guns.
Supplied in sealed packs of 10 with batch traceability, these industrial-grade pistons are silicone-free and suitable for contamination-sensitive applications. Maximum operating pressure is 100 PSI (6.9 Bar).
