The AD100XLC is a reusable plastic air cap for use with our 100cc large industrial syringe barrels, Compatible with our 100cc sized syringe barrel and 100cc wiper pistons. Threaded attachment to the syringe barrel. Use with liquids and pastes. As the syringe is pressurised, the piston moves down to dispense the material consistently.
Supplied in sealed packs with batch codes. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi (6.9bar). These parts ship direct from stock.

Syringe barrels are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or syringe guns. They are thick walled with wide flanges and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper piston inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these barrels with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have luer lock ends for twist on tip attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
