An efficient method of transferring low viscosity liquids and adhesives into disposable syringe barrels, pens or bottles. This system is supplied with a pneumatic adjustable digital timed benchtop dispenser to control the operation.
The model 1000-1212-5 system contains a 5 litre pressure stainless steel pressure pot for handling liquids up to 40,000 cps. Fluid is pressurised from the tank, along a fluid line to the TS1212 air operated tube valve. This valve is fixed into an adjustable bench stand and allows the syringe to be twisted on for controlled bottom filling or a nozzle used on the valve to fill into a bottle or pen. A 1000T digital timed dispenser controls the TS1212 valve so it can be set to make repeat deposits of liquid into each part. This valve will handle most fluids including Cyanoacrylates, UV cure, epoxies, inks, paints, vaping fluids, gels, solvents and lubricants.
The system is operated by an electric foot switch. It is simple to set and very easy to get consistent results. The 1000-1212-5 includes pneumatic bench mounted dispenser, pinch tube dosing valve, adjustable benchtop valve stand, fluid lines in clear and black, airline hoses for connection to air supply, cap seals and fittings. The tank can be filled with material of choice.
The digital dispenser controlling this system allows timed filling to each syringe barrel to eliminate guesswork and improve repeatibility. This system includes the electric foot switch. Barrel filling (from the bottom tip end) can reduce air entrapment and eliminate mess and is the method professional repackers use. Filling bottles and pens is easy with different size and length nozzles supplied.
