Poppet valves are multipurpose valves
suitable for small shots and bead dispensing of medium or high
viscosity fluids such as silicones, grease and paste. Poppet valves can
dispense up to 300 times per minute and are developed with a suck-back
feature to prevent post-dispense dripping.
Developed for dispensing silicone, grease, RTV, single part epoxy, and
fluid with fillers. A diaphragm located between the driving parts and
the wetted parts increases the valve life and reduces valve maintenance.
The valve design also provides a suck-back effect which prevents
post-dispense dripping.
The VP300 Poppet Valve is a multipurpose pneumatic valve developed for
dispensing low to medium viscosity materials such as silicone, RTV,
epoxy, rubber adhesives, greases, and fluids with fillers.
The VP300 can be used with the DSP501N Controller. For faster activation of the valve, the VC-1195A Valve Controller is recommended.
All valves are shipped with a luer lock fluid elbow fitting, airline hose with male quick connect, tip cap end seal, selection of dispensing tips and user guide. Valves are supplied with a 1 Year warranty. Do not use this valve for reactive adhesives and fluids such as Cyanoacrylates.
