UV bonding kit for many applications bonding engineered plastics, metal and glass based substrates. Excellent bond strength and easy to apply. Cure on demand using the supplied LED UV torch.
The UV adhesive is tack-free and optically perfect when cured correctly.
The kit includes -
- Five x 6ml manual black syringes containing UV Cure Resin low viscosity
- Black Luer Lock tip Cap Seals
- 5 x 20 gauge pink tapered dispensing tips 1.25" long
- 1 x 18, 1 x 20, 1 x 23, 1 x 25, 1 x 30 gauge 0.5" long precision dispensing tips
- 395nm UV (ultra violet) pro torch (battery is included)
The adhesive is supplied with a syringe applicator which allows
you to apply small amounts on the item and then cure...this
can take as little as 5 to 10 seconds. the adhesive is that it will not to yellow on exposure to
sunlight... in fact strong sunlight will deepen the cure further.
