Silicone Tube Syringe Filling Kit
This versatile adapter kit converts any 310ml sealant and silicone type cartridge ready for filling syringe barrels direct from caulking tubes. It threads over the 310ml cartridge tube nipple end to provide a direct luer lock twist-on syringe barrel attachment.
A high-density reusable nylon adapter fitting that is used on all pre-filled 310ml (1/10 gallon) size caulking tube cartridges.
This part is ONLY for use with pre-filled sealant type cartridges and will adapt these leak-free for syringe filling. Supplied complete as a kit with syringe adapter fitting and a luer lock cap to seal end against air when not being used.

The white adapter is attached to the 310ml cartridge. An empty syringe with piston pre-inserted to the bottom is twisted on. Using one of our pneumatic barrel fillers or a 310ml manual or pneumatic sealant gun; material is pushed from the silicone, sealant tube to bottom fill the syringe barrel. As the sealant transfers, it pushes the piston upwards for an air-free fill. It is quick, clean and ensures the sealant is not exposed to air or wasted.
