Designed to dispense viscous materials fed from cartridges or pumps. The TS934 Spool Valve is a spool design for a fast ON/OFF dispensing action unaffected by material input pressure, and is ideal for material with a viscosity between 5000 to 3 Million CPS at pressures of up to 2500 psi.

The hardened spool slides in Teflon seals and displaces a portion of the material back into the nozzle during shut off, creating an accurate suck-back anti-drip action. An oil chamber creates an additional liquid seal that prevents inadvertent moisture from entering the spool mechanism. The valve design facilitates easy maintenance without the need for special tools.

The valve is opened by applying air pressure and closed via a return spring (single acting). A port is provided so that the valve may be connected for air closing without the spring (double acting). All side ports can be rotated in 120 or 90-degree increments to accommodate multiple valve connections. All valves are shipped with a luer lock fluid elbow fitting, airline hose with male quick connect, mounting attachment, tip cap end seal, selection of dispensing tips and user guide.
