This high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision for total consistency.

All metal tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips. All metal tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure.
