The F2004N SCARA robotic arm is a high speed dispensing and assembly robot, servo driven providing high accuracy and repeatability. Robotic arms can work in assembly cells, rotary assembly tables or within an in-line assembly conveyor. The F2004N is a 4-axis robot, providing tool rotation.

A 4 axes high-speed industrial SCARA robot ideal for high volume and large area dispensing applications requiring greater flexibility for automated manufacturing environments, including conveyors and work cells. Can also be used for pick & place applications.

The F2004N has been engineered to accept a tool weight of up to 2kg, making the system tough enough for a wide range of automated dispensing applications.

The F2004N SCARA dispensing robots combine high level programming technology with precision placement engineering. The F2004N series is a heavy duty design, which is easily programmed using simple step-by-step instructions. System will dispense virtually any assembly fluid and adhesive or liquid paste, from thin, watery liquids and solvents to thick gels, silicones and brazing pastes. All are applied quickly, accurately to reduce waste, mess and hand fatigue.

Programming is simple with easy to follow English language instructions. Commands are followed and responses entered by a Teach Pendant. An LCD display prompts the user for a data input and once confirmed, automatically displays the next instruction. By this method a program can be created quickly and simply. All machines include 16 I/O signal interface for connection to tools and controllers.
