The TS432‑HO‑HD is a precision‑moulded 4‑inch long industrial dispensing nozzle designed for accurate, controlled application of high‑viscosity materials. Manufactured from high‑density polyethylene (HDPE), this nozzle offers more rigidity compared to LDPE versions, ensuring clean, consistent flow during demanding production tasks.
Featuring a 1/32" (0.80mm) outlet orifice and the industry‑standard 1/4" NPT male thread, it fits Techcon, Semco PPG, Nordson EFD cartridges and compatible dispensing valves. The nozzle can be easily cut down to adjust bead size or flow characteristics when required.
For use with 310ml or 400ml pre‑filled sealant or silicone cartridges that feature an external nozzle thread, pair this nozzle with the AD931‑296 adapter to ensure a secure, leak‑free connection.
