High powered dispensing gun. For epoxies, adhesives and other materials that are supplied in 600ml dual side-by-side dual ratio cartridges with the use of a static mixing nozzle. 600ml 4:1 ratio. This version provides a large cylinder for handling much higher viscosity materials. Optional discs available to convert this dispenser to ratios 300 ml x 300ml; 300ml x 150ml; 300ml x 75ml; 150ml x 150ml.
The durable construction of these dual guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. This is a lightweight hand trigger operated cartridge gun supplied with parts to handle a variety of cartridge ratio's. The CG Series guns are covered by a 1 year warranty and feature a wear compensating device. This dispenser gun is designed for use with higher viscosity materials.
