Cartridge reservoir in low density polyethylene with wiper plunger inserted. 6 ounce/ 177cc ml size. Suitable for handling most materials including solvent based fluids. The ribbed plunger allows the plunger to move freely without restriction.
Pre-plunged with TS1WP-RIB plunger for filling from the nozzle end.
Suitable for use in cartridge guns or pressurised cartridge retainers and caps. Cartridges feature a 1/4" NPT (6mm) female thread dispensing orifice for secure attachment of nozzles or 1/4" threaded fittings.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.
Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. This range have 1/4" NPT end for screw on nozzle attachment.
These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Cartridges are for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
