1. Why are these tips good for solvents? Solvents and solvent based glues can attack tips that are assembled using glues. Some precision tips have the metal tube glued to the plastic hub (usually a UV cure clear adhesive is used). Where this adhesive bond is used, some aggressive solvents can break it down causing the glue bond to fail. So using these aluminium crimped tips will overcome this.

2. How do we clean these tips? We recommend all dispensing tips are replaced each time a new dispensing application is started. By cleaning with solvents, there is a chance that dried residue of adhesives or pastes will contaminate fresh materials. For fluids that do not cure such as lubricants, cleaning will not be required.

3. What is the delivery time on these products? We hold stocks of these parts so for UK & Ireland customers, goods are received by tracked courier within about 48 hours. For customers in Europe, delivery is 24 - 72 hours. For customers outside of Europe, delivery is around 3-4 days. We always send using a tracked courier.

4. How do your tips compare to others I've seen? Our tips are industrial grade safe so can be used at high pressures. They are silicone-free materials so will not contaminate fluids dispensed through them. The tips have high tolerances and can be used on automated dispensing equipment. The tubes are burr-free stainless steel. We sell in sealed and labelled packs with batch codes.

5. What fluids can be used with these tips?. Solvents, solvent based glues, lubricants, paints, inks, oils, silicones, sealants, RTVs, solder pastes, fluxes, UV cure adhesives, epoxies, PUs, PVAs, chemicals and more. Avoid using these tips with Cyanoacrylate adhesives which will clog against the metals - use Teflon lined tips. If dispensing a very high viscosity filled paste, consider using our smooth flow tapered tips.

General purpose TES tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. For Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend using our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips. General purpose TES tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. TES tips are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them.
