For adhesives which are supplied in 50ml two part, side-by-side syringe cartridges and that push the adhesive through a static mixing nozzle. The lightweight portability and durable construction of the pneumatic retainer feed system make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive.
The system is supplied with an airline hose connector that attaches directly to our timed pneumatic dispensers with vacuum suck-back such as the 1000T or TS9150. When the cartridge is empty, use the vacuum suck-back on your dispenser to draw the plungers back. This system will handle 50ml cartridges in a 10:1 mix ratio. Ideal for use with prefilled adhesive cartridges. This product can be hand held of fixed onto a benchtop stand or XYZ dispensing robot. Air pressure is fed from the dispenser to the 50ml cartridge to allow controlled application of epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, potting compounds and other 10:1 materials. This version is for the 50ml 10:1 Ratio in the B-System style round back cartridge design (shown below top).
