An assorted kit of dispensing tips designed specifically for use with all grades of Cyanoacrylate adhesives and many other liquids. All tips are polypropylene or Teflon to reduce the effects of rapid curing in the tip. Blocked tips can be a common problem when a Cyanoacrylate is dispensed using a standard metal tube tip. Use these carefully selected tips to substantially increase the time they can be used with Cyanoacrylates before tip replacement. Total of 72 tips in the kit.
The kit contains: -
Polypro tips in lengths of 0.5", 1.0" and 1.5" in gauge sizes from 14 to 25. Contains 2 of each gauge size and length. Total of 36 tips.
Teflon flexible tips in lengths of 0.5" and 2.0" in gauge sizes from 14 to 30. Contains 2 of each gauge size and length. Total of 24 tips.
Teflon-lined rigid tips in lengths of 0.5" and 1.0" in gauge sizes of 21, 25 & 27. Contains 2 of each gauge size and length. Total of 12 tips.
Polypro tips have a colour coded luer lock hub to a white flexible polypro tube.
Teflon tips have a colour coded luer lock hub to a clear Teflon flexible tube.
Teflon lined tips have a colour coded luer lock hub to a stainless steel shaft. Inside the shaft is a crimped Teflon tube extends 1/8" from the end to prevent damage to sensitive substrates.
All tips are silicone free and chloride free to prevent contamination of any adhesive that is dispensed. These tips can be used with air-powered dispensers and valves up to a pressure of 100 psi. Or used manually with small dispensing bottles, etc.
