Pneumatic Gun for Two-Component Cartridges
A powerful and versatile air-powered cartridge gun dispenser for epoxy type two component side by side cartridges. This applicator device is very well built and suitable for industrial applications. This is a rod driven gun. Air pressure can be set on the regulator to adjust the cylinder rod forward motion speed. This allows the gun to be set to suit the viscosity of the resin and the flow rate required to suit the application. This applicator will handle up to high viscosity materials.
For epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones and adhesives and other materials that are supplied in 400ml two part, side-by-side 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1 ratio cartridges with the use of a static mixing nozzle. The balanced and durable construction of our dual guns make them well suited for many assembly operations in various markets such as aerospace, electronics, construction and automotive. Gun supplied with quick change kit to adapt to the different cartridge ratios. This version applicator gun can also be used with 200ml dual cartridges using the disc kit provided.
