The ADSS needle series consist of a metal luer lock hub with stainless steel precision shaft. This high quality line of dispensing needles is burr-free, and electro-polished shaft for unobstructed and consistent material flow. Suitable for dispensing most fluids, SMT adhesives and solvents. This is a custom made tip with extra long 17" blunt end tube.

Industrial grade safe for use to 100 psi. Ideal for use on robot dispensing systems as tips are cut high precision for total consistency. Supplied in a sealed pack of 10. These tips are made to order.

All metal tips are designed to work with all luer lock and luer slip syringe barrels and fittings. They are fully compatible with most fluids, adhesives, solvents and chemicals. When dispensing Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we recommend selecting our Teflon, Teflon Lined or Polypro tips. For high viscosity pastes, sealants, silicones, mastics, solder pastes and compounds, we suggest the use of our tapered tips.

All metal tips are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. These Tips are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for  industrial use.

Tips are certified silicone-free components to ensure they do not contaminate any fluids or adhesives that are dispensed from them.
