The VC-1195N Dispensing Valve Controller is designed to provide a faster cycle for any valve that has a secondary air input line. The second air line will snap the valve closed faster than with an internal spring closing system. This will allow for a higher cycle rate and reduce the amount of material that trapped in the valve after dispensing.
The VC-1195N is a 4-way dispensing valve controller that can be used to control one or two dispensing valves with dual air ports for 4 way pneumatic operation simultaneously. The secondary air input will close a valve faster than using the valve's internal return spring, providing an increase in speed and suck-back. Use this controller for air open/ air close type dispensing valves. This version works with voltage 100 - 240V AC so can be used globally.
This system uses a highly responsive air pressure management system, coupled with a digital timing circuit and display, to provide consistent, repeatable control over all types of valves. Use this controller for all double acting dispense valves.
