The MS 10-24T is an industry-standard static mixer designed primarily for two-part adhesives - such as epoxies, silicones, doming resins, potting compounds and methacrylates (MMAs) - dispensed by high-pressure meter-mix-dispense (MMD) machines. It utilises an integral 16.7mm bell-mouth fitting to securely mount onto machine manifold. This mixer features a stepped outlet. The elements are yellow colour.
The bell mouth is the
material entry end of the nozzle and the part that fits over the meter
mix machine exit manifold. Static mixing elements inside the body of
the nozzle are manufactured from high grade polyacetal to withstand the
higher pressures of metering and mixing machines. Static mixer
housings are polypropylene. Use these mixers for high pressure machines with a nozzle housing diameter of 16.7mm.
