Low Interference Rib Cartridge Plunger

Incorporating specially designed RIB's, that are equally spaced, ensures a shallow area remains present around the plunger outer walls - directing unwanted air out of the fluid during both cartridge filling and dispensing. A single wiping edge can allow some material residue to remain on cartridge walls. Very easy to install. If you dispense very thick materials, or your current plunger is difficult to insert into the cartridge or traps air when inserted, use this plunger.

Natural in colour and made of low density polyethylene (LDPE). For use with all 2.5oz, 6oz, 8oz and 12oz size dispensing cartridges. It provides tight wiper action for most materials, adhesives, liquids, pastes and gels but is an ease to insert into the cartridge, without excessive force.

These plungers are supplied in sealed packs of 10 with batch codes. All cartridge and plunger components are certified silicone free materials.

Cartridges are designed for use with pneumatic dispensing equipment or manual guns. They are thick walled and so designed for high pressures. The internal bore is zero draft meaning there is no taper. This ensures the wiper plunger inside moves down without restriction to improve dispense performance.

Use these cartridges with pastes, adhesives, solvents, epoxies, RTVs, silicones, PVAs, inks and gels. These products are safe for use up to 100 psi pressure. Barrels are not for medical use but are precision manufactured for industrial applications.
Components are certified silicone-free components and will not contaminate any fluids that are dispensed from them. This product will ship by tracked courier.
